How much time do we spend on planning and reviewing meetings? The answer is either too much or too little! Historically organisations have meetings because it has turned habitual. We rarely take a moment to think about the purpose of the meeting or ask ourselves Ôwhat do we want to achieve from this meeting?Õ

● Provide attendees with any information they may need in order to complete their preparation before attending and know what they need to bring with them to the meeting
